Fashion Dos and Don'ts

Fit is King – The most dramatic improvement you can make in your style is to make sure everything fits impeccably. Most guys wear clothes that are too large. Make sure everything you wear is almost hugging the shape of your body – without being tight. Bad fit is an epidemic.
           Patoustyle... Patou Manga Fashion
Keep it simple – You want a wardrobe that looks great on you, but don’t overdo it. Don’t wear more than three pieces of jewelry or more than three colors. Don’t dress like a musician/Michael Jackson unless you’re in a band. If you want to be flashy, a simpler but stylish look would be sporting a black striped dress shirt with a white blazer, a dark pair of jeans, a dressy belt, and your sharpest dress shoes. You could also add a flashy watch or a simple accessory like an interesting necklace, but nothing more
Pay attention to your supporting pieces – Some sweaters are lean and others are big and chunky. The first rule of thumb is that your top and bottom halves need to match. If you’re wearing a big, chunky, night watch man knit sweater, your bottom needs to be rugged, too.
           John K... Model, artist musician
Don’t wear a Particular watchy sweater with a beautiful silk-and-wool suit trouser. Instead, wear it with something as casual as  or jeans, or dress it up with a tweed blazer.
Stay a notch above – Don’t overdo it to a fault, but dare to take some risks.
It’s always better to be a little bit overdressed than underdressed in any setting. All you have to do is think about where and who you’re going to be with and just step it up one notch. But make sure you’re not better dressed than someone who is more important in a certain setting, like your boss
Never underestimate the power of details – The last thing on is usually the first thing noticed. So mind the details instead of throwing together the main parts of your outfit. “Details” can include a scarf, a subtle pocket square, or the way you tie your tie knot.
Complete with the following, avoid logos, do not be a moving publicity for brands, Ralph Lauren big horse, etc.
Do not be a fashion victim.
Invest in a good pair of shoes.
March your belt n shoes, Cameroonians wona like black shoes n brown belt ishhhh!!!

We Tried Pure Forskolin For Ourselves
Well, we here on the Doctors were a little skeptical of this Pure Forskolin. Even after pouring though mountains of research. While I had an educated opinion, I still had no personal proof that the Pure Forskolin option was worth the time. So, with my editors blessing, I decided to go out and put the product to the test myself. What better way to find out the truth that to conduct my own study?

To get started, I volunteered to be the guinea pig. I applied online for a bottle of Pure Forskolin. Pure Forskolin is one of the most credible and trustworthy diet supplement suppliers on the market. It included a 100% Money Back Guarantee of the product and it did not try to fool me into agreeing to additional hidden offers. Another reason why I chose Pure Forskolin is because it is the most concentrated and purestPure Forskolin on the market. This would give me the most accurate results for my test.
Our reader Jennifer from San Diego, CA was reported to have lost a healthy 28 lbs in just 5 weeks while being on Pure Forskolin'.
She tried running in the first two days, but had to stop because of knee pain.
In the story on her blog she states, "I couldn't believe how easy it was. I didn't change my diet or my daily routine and could only exercise for 2 days, but the fat melted off like it is butter. I love this stuff! Finally a diet that just works."
I originally wanted to lose weight to please my wife. We got divorced before I was able to lose weight. When he saw me recently, she wanted to reconcile. I told her, 'too late'!"

Here is what Pure Forskolin' claimed on their website'
  • In a study published in the journal Lipids in Health & Disease, subjects taking Pure Forskolinlost an average of 17 pounds in 28 days without diet or exercise.
  • Pure Forskolin contains no stimulants.
  • Pure Forskolin has been found to increase healthy bodily function, boosting weight loss by more than 800%.

My 9 Week Test: Pure Forskolin & Weight Loss Diary

The Pure Forskolin arrived within 4 days of having placed my order online for the trial supplies.

      1. Use the coupon for Pure Forskolin
      2. Take one pill per day

The bottles I received held two months worth of pills which worked out perfect as I was to follow the supplement routine for 9 weeks time and document my progress throughout.
My Results
Week One
After one week on the diet I was surprised at the dramatic results. My energy level was up, and I wasn't even hungry, an apparent side effect of the Pure Forskolin which curbs the appetite.

I honestly felt fantastic.

And I didn't even change anything about my daily routine. On day 7 I got on the scale and couldn't it. I had lost 8 lbs. But I still wasn't convinced as they say you lose a lot of water at the beginning of any diet. I wanted to wait and see the results in the upcoming weeks. But it sure was looking up! I now weighed under 150 lbs for the first time in years!
Week Three
After three weeks, I started the week off with even more energy and was actually sleeping more soundly than before. I was no longer waking up during the night and tossing and turning because my body was actually able to relax (this is a result of getting rid of the toxins I think, a great benefit of the Pure Forskolin). Plus I still managed to lose another 5 lbs, putting me at an unbelievable 13 lbs of weight loss, in just 3 weeks.

I must admit that I'm starting to believe that this diet is more than just a gimmick.
Week Four
After 4 weeks all my doubts and skepticism had absolutely vanished! I am down, 2 belt notches, after losing another 3 lbs. And I still have a ton of energy. Quite often, around the third week of other diets, you tend to run out of steam. But with thePure Forskolin my energy levels don't dip, but remain steady throughout the day. I no longer need that cat nap around 3pm in the afternoon! And I am even noticing that my stomach is digesting food so much better as a result of the Pure Forskolin supplement. No more bloating or or being gassy after I eat!
Week Nine
After the Ninth week, my final results were shocking. I lost an unbelievable 36 lbs of fat since starting the Pure Forskolin diet! Actually everyone on the Doctors is kicking themselves for not having volunteered to be the guinea pig. Using the Pure Forskolinin the last five weeks I lost 21 more lbs. To be honest I really don't have much more left to lose, and I've never looked this great! I am definitely going to continue taking the Pure Forskolin afterwards because it has so many antioxidants and vitamins that has cleared up my skin and got me feeling younger. It even worked better than Green Coffee!

'I couldn't be any happier with the results.

I Lost 36 lbs body fat in 9 Weeks, No Special Diet, No Intense Exercise'
Conclusion: This really works!
Like us, here on the Doctors, you might be a little doubtful about the effects of this diet, but you need to try it for yourself; the results are real. After conducting our own personal study we are pleased to see that people really are finding success with it (myself included!). Taste just couldn't stay with out sharing.

The Toghu taking a giant step: Contri collection by EB Kreations

Language is a means of communication and it identifies peoples and culture. Accents identify geographic regions anthropologically. Majority of the time, you can tell where a person is from by what he/she is wearing.
The Toghu is uniquely Cameroonian :the identity of the grass-fields region. It's designs vary depending on taste, traditional ranking and cultural heritage which is diverse when it comes to that part of Cameroon. Over the years the toghu has gathered steam show casing our rich culture as the official wear in major international events especially the Olympics. Young designers have added a modern touch to it, eroding the too officious stigma to more every day ready to wear collections. This cuts across all the age groups and gender. The Toghu is rich in colour, it brings out the hospitality of the north west and western region of Cameroon.
The journey of finding the perfect profession can start at a very early age: first as a hobby that later, supported by studies, can grow into something bigger than just  pure curiosity – your passion, your work, your future. This is exactly the story of EBANGHA NKWANYUO the DOUALA CAMEROON based fashion stylist and creative director of @EB Kreations.
Her drive and passion has led her to many new opportunities. In Aug 2013 she founded her own  brand @EB Kreations that was shown recently during her 2015, EB KREATIONS  fashion week in LIMBE, BUEA, KUMBA and DOUALA, where she lectures on Design & Styling, i asked her to share few words about how her career took off and what are her experiences in the fashion industry.
Becoming a stylist was always something she dreamt about. Her interest started with early childhood, she used to organize mini shows for my family and friends, and she did all styling for those shows together with her sisters. With time, it grew into more serious interest and later it became her passion and her work.
WHERE DO YOU FIND INSPIRATION FOR WORK?
CONTRI"COLLECTION
"CONTRI" EB Kreations embraces TOGHU for 2015 ready to wear collection.
.CONTRI:The Nostalgic feeling only Toghu ignites.
Toghu is our local Cameroonian design with a rich illustration of the gong and other cultural symbols on the print. I am inspired by the prestigious toghu design of the Northwest and western people of Cameroon
Since I started my little sojourn I have been working with west african prints and I suddenly developed a burden to do a proudly Cameroonian ready to wear collection.
The "contri closs" as locally known has been poorly represented in my country. Young people will say it's for
their parents. The bourgeoisie. North westerners use it to potray luxury and royalty but I believe it's our identity as Cameroonians and we should all tow the line and identify ourselves.
This is a proudly Cameroonian Collection and so I designed simple ready to wear pieces fused with elegance to cut across all age groups and With the right attitude these outfits can be worn to work, cocktails, church and casual visits.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE BEST ABOUT YOUR DESIGN, TASTE AND JOB?
That I can put my fantasy out there. I enjoy the whole creative process starting from research, preparing the whole look and then to finally presenting it. It is a feeling that I can never describe in words – it’s a magic that is beyond my dreams.
YOUR FASHION BRAND EB KREATIONS HAS A VERY UNIGUE CONCEPT, CAN YOU TELL A BIT MORE ABOUT IT?
The whole concept behind EB KREATIONS, TOGHU clothing line was born from my imagination of the rich colorful culture and outfit of the Northwest Region of Cameroon. I want to bring this exquisite attire to a reality, and mostly the world with all  inner fierceness and dynamism. I want people to feel the energetic and sassy vibe behind the Toghu– this is what our brand is all about. We have built a very distinctive brand with a strong personality.
