In the rainy forest region of the South, the traditional outfit is ruffles, fitted hats on men and embroidered fabric.

From the central region, down to litoral, Southwest, the traditional outfit is Pagnes and Kabba. Pagne is a wrapper style garment worn by women in Cameroon.

Pagnes are beautiful and maybe used in several ways, as a head scarf, skirt, a sling style for baby carrier, while Kabba a free-flowing dress mostly worn by women in their homes, although some are made very classy and elegant that women worn to parties, shopping or visiting with others.
